Roof conversion in Conservation area in Hove.

This roof extension creates a new space for a master bedroom. As the house is in a Conservation area we required planning permission to add a new dormer to the existing attic room. By clever englargement of the existing space we also managed to add a shower room and storage spaces.
The garage also required planning permission to add skylights to it.
